These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Angela's Room Website. By using this site you fully agree to and adhere to all the terms listed below. (updated January 2024)

1. Agreement – this contract between the User and Angela's Room.

2. Website Owner – Angela /Angela Hunter/ Angela's Room, also referred to herein with the designations: “us,” “we,” and “our”.

4. Site – Our website located at https://www.angelasroom.com , including mobile website is operated by us, our predecessors or successors.

5. Site services – means all services that are accessible through the Site

By your purchase on this adult site, you are confirming that you are 18 years or older and have the legal right to access and possess explicit

Payment
Payment is due at time of purchase for any items you would like. Payment is processed through Square.com or PayPal. Angela's Room accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All credit card transactions will appear on your credit card statement as "A.P. Works LLC" for discretion.

Amazon or other Gift Cards - If you are a returning (trusted) customer of Angela Hunter you may use Amazon GC or other Gift Cards as forms of payment. All gift cards will be verified prior to delivery of any items purchased on www.angelasroom.com. If the gift card is found to be fraudulent, you will be blocked and will not receive your order from Angela.

 

Refunds

No Refunds are given for any items sold on this site www.angelasroom.com. If there is a problem please contact Angela to resolve the issue. Email: angelaspantyroom@gmail.com

Abuse and Harassment Policy
Abuse and/or harassment in any form will not tolerated!

If any of these actions are done towards Angela, you will be blocked, deleted and outed on social media.

This includes the following:

• Threatening behavior towards Angela in any manor. Racial slurs, forcibly demanding actions, rudeness, using Angela's photos and/or videos against her to gain more photos and videos (blackmailing). 

• Placing orders and giving false contact information.

• Providing fake payment confirmations of any form.

• Demeaning and abusive conversations on any platform (Telegram, Skype, Call, Text, ManyVids, LoyalFans, AllMyLinks, Chaturbate, MFC, Twitter and Email). 

• Wasting time in conversations and refusing to submit payment. 

If Angela feels you are disrespecting her in any way, shape or form, she has every right to discontinue all conversations, cancel your order and you will not receive a refund. 

Confidentiality
Privacy and confidentiality is extremely important for both parties involved. Angela may not always show her face in pictures or videos. Please be respectful of her choice and do not repeatedly ask as that will fall into a form of harassment (See above). Angela is prohibited from giving or selling your provided information to a third party. You have the right to request we delete all information on you (name, address, etc) which will be done once your request is complete. 

 

Links to Third Party Websites 

This website (www.angelasroom.com) may contain links to third-party websites. The linked sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site. A link does not imply our endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with the linked site.

Packaging & Shipping
The packaging used to ship items from Angela is plain with no markings. The return address will be your own with A.P. Works LLC listed as sender. All shipping is provided with a tracking number. You will be contacted after delivery to ensure you received your order.

Panty Purchases

By purchasing panties (worn or unworn) from Angela, you have full understanding this item, if worn will have bodily fluid on them. Unworn panties may have perfume scent sprayed on them.

Changes to Your Order
Angela reserves the right to make alterations to your panty order or custom video request. This could be your wear date, optional extras and in very rare cases your chosen panties. For reasons beyond her control such as her period or sickness your wear date or completion of video may need to be changed. You will be notified of any changes made.

Photos
Once your photo(s) are purchased, you will receive your pics within 24 hours. You will be the first to see the pictures and all pictures will be watermarked. All Photos remain the property of Angela Hunter and may be posted on Twitter, ManyVids,  and LoyalFans.

Custom Videos

Custom videos are for purchase and to be used for your viewing ONLY! Custom Videos can not be sold to any other party or uploaded to an website platform. If it is discovered you have sold the custom video you purchased from Angela or uploaded the video to another platform of any kind, legal action will be taken against you. If "custom video exclusivity" is not purchased for your custom video, Angela has the right to post the custom video on her platforms (ManyVids and LoyalFans). Please read the Custom Video content rules.

Telegram and Skype Sessions

All Sessions can be purchased at any time. Any purchased time must be used at the time of the session. If all the minutes purchased are not used in the session you forfeit the remaining minutes. If any other rules are not complied to by you, Angela has the right to remove & block you from her Telegram and/or Skype.
